helpful staff daily breakfast
the concierge staff helped with directions and recommendations, a true gift. a daily english breakfast made mornings special, though modest. i found the location ideal for exploring museums. the room's cleanliness was a comfort.
the room felt quite small. moving around required careful planning. the tv did not function, so i missed some shows.

a tender stay near the halls of art
english spread helpful concierge
the staff were always friendly and remembered my name. breakfast included a good english spread each day. it was easy to walk to museums, restaurants, and underground stations. the concierge was especially helpful with directions.
the bathroom was not sufficiently heated. this affected my rest, and i would have liked more control over the climate in that space. this issue should be addressed .

a decent stay
I really liked the location. It was close to the victoria and albert museum. the staff were really nice on arrival and each time we walked into the hotel!!! breakfast had a good selection of items, i can't deny that. the staff at breakfast on february 5 were REALLY friendly.
The air conditioning didn't work properly. I contacted them once at night and again in the morning, but they didn't fix it. i requested a late checkout until 1:30 pm. It was only an extra hour and a half, but they were uncooperative. their response was impolite in the way they refused.

poor a c rude staff
I found a couple things less than excellent. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room stayed warmer than i liked even after i reported it twice. They promised a fix, but it never happened. also, i requested a slightly later checkout at 1:30 pm but the staff refused. Their manner was quite rude actually. The overall service clearly isn't what it once was!

This hotel had a great location near my favorite museum. The staff were helpful and accommodating . I really enjoyed the superb breakfast. It was included.
Our room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped. There was only ONE complimentary bottle of water for two days. Additional bottles cost £6 each. The scrambled eggs were watery, and I think they were cooked in a microwave.

fab stay at the rembrandt
warm welcome secure baggage
the staff gave me a warm welcome and were very efficient i booked a standard twin room it was very comfortable and clean the location is superb it is opposite the v&a. i had a good breakfast with a good selection and staff were efficient and helpful the baggage store facility was secure.

this hotel is near many museums and art collections it has convenient access to concerts and shows the south kensington tube station is only a few minutes away and bus stops are very close too.

there was an excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices and fresh food i was able to have very good coffee including espresso americano macchiato and cappuccino the breakfast had full english and continental options.

the hotel staff are excellent and make you feel very welcome they were helpful and friendly i was very impressed with their warm and professional service at every interaction.
